I kept one for about a year once in a 30 gal. tank with an eel, a niger trigger and 2 med. damsels. It was really hardy and never bothered or took abuse from anyone. It liked to sit on the bottom ot the tank all by itself, right near the glass in the open. I fed it 1-2 live fw feeder goldfish a week, but it also ate frozen shrimp. Most anglers are chameleons; really neat to watch them change colors. Just don't keep small fish with it (or gulp!) and watch out for the venemous spines.

They manage well given you get a healthy one. They seem to have some common shipping issues including unknowing people taking them out of the water (causes bloat/death). If you can find a healthy looking one ask to see it eat.
