Mission statement

A group of reefkeepers who are willing to share experiences, give advice, and further the interest in Acanthastrea & Micromussa coral propagation, and are dedicated to promote their beauty and helping each other on the road to successful cultivation and dissemination of these corals.

I am purchasing my first candy cane and would love to join it.
But I would like to be able to swap frags with others in the future or do some purchasing from others here on RC.
Wondering why that is frowned on for this club?
Is'nt that the point of it, to get great colors from others and do trading of what you want for what others have?
To learn about them and help each other with there propagation ,growth and care?
Personally I would like to see the option of this stated, not just a flat no trading or selling in the club.
I have seen a lot of acans on RC that I would love to have a frag of and not being able to at least ask about availability would not be any fun
Just my thoughts.
After all, thats what a club does, trade and sell between members isnt it?

I figured that was how it worked, but thanks for clarifying it for me,
Sign me up, would be fun .
I am new to this and have been doing loads of reading up on them.
They are beautiful and I can see where a tank full of them is not out of the realm of possibility

Good grief, so much for the Acan Club thread.
How about getting rid of this terrible one and start a new one so that this mess isnt seen?
How about it Brian?
I am sure the rest would appreciate it as well.
I would like to join this club but sure wouldnt want everyone that reads this thread to have to go thru all of this to see what the end result about the club is.
Hope it can be deleated and started over fresh.

Hey you crazy acan nuts, got any ideas on how to mount this guy? I don't think the glue works. Somehow he's not too happy with the mother, so he took his brother and younger sister along with him. Now he's on the sand.
