ouch!!bubble fell on plate.

my large bubble coral fell on top of one of my plate corals a couple weeks ago and the flesh wont stop receeding. its almost all the way to the mouth. ive been target feeding and keeping the wound facing the current, but its definately not getting better.

any advice?

don't give it too much current right now

it'll strip off the mucous which needs a lot of energy to produce.

put it in low flow and feed VERY small bits of food. nothing bigger than a mysis shrimp

thanks dave,
its in low current. i just wanted to make sure i dont get any detrius buildup on the would. its basically just a gentle breeze on the wound. whats bugging me is that the coral definately seems like it wants to move. this guy is inflating like crazy every night and keeps moving around.
