scrwed again-by SMCDONN

thanx smcdonn for selling me a 250w.metal halide lamp i cant use-apparently it is buyers responsibility to know what kind of lamp your selling when you dont list that info.this is the last time i buy from private seller-all i ever get is junk

Yes, I assume it would be your responsibility. Did you buy something without understanding or obtaining the specs?

He bought a bulb off me and a M58 ballast wont fire it. I have electronic ballasts and it fires it just fine. And "screwed again?". I have no idea how I have screwed this guy no less screwed him again. I sold him an EBAY BULB FOR $10 and told him it was a EBAY bulb. I didn't rip him off. I even offered him his money back. ??????????Um what more do you want out of me??????????

And BTW, I am revoking my offer to give you your money back until you delete this thread. I have a good name here on RC and I won't have it ruined by such a simple mistake on your part.

for $10 bucks let it go, alot of ''knockoff, ebay'' lamps will fire sometimes on a magnetic and sometimes not. there cheap, you get what you pay for. I bought 4 and 3 worked and the other didn't.
