Probably want to ask in the Fish Breeding forum. I think I've read cardinals aren't to hard, but all breeding seems like a fair amount of work.

I know pajama cardinalfish have bred in captivity, but I don't know if anyone has reared the babies. Banggai cardinalfish are fairly easy to breed and raise, though. And supposedly, neon gobies are pretty easy as well.

prolly the easist fish to breed and raise the fry is the banggai caridnalfish, since the fry once released are larger and can eat "easy-to-hatch" babay brine shrimp. While othe rapogons, like pyjamas and orbics also bred easy, they release planktonic sized fry which require you to have a working knowledge of rotifers as well as BBS.
if you go to the breeders forum, you'll see a sticky thread on preparing microfoods. This will be your first start.
Lastly, if you want just plain eassy to bred fish, consider banggai cardinals, clownfish, dottybacks, 7-spine gobies, then seahorses
