Home made food recipees

Money is tight, and I need a recipee for making my own frozen fish food. Also need a procedure to freeze it into small proportions like the store bought stuff.

I have the following fishes in a 58g:
Two clowns
One gobie
One six line wrasse
One Niger Triger (small)

I have the following corals:
Frogpawn
Mushrooms
Green Star polyps
Monti Cap
Xenia
Sun corals

I've been using San Fansicso Bay brand Mysis, Brine and Emerald Entree with good results.

In addition to the frozen foods, I use an ounce of DT's phytoplankton every two days for the filter feeders.

Thx for the help RC members have provided in the past in will provide in the future.

You can use some light diffuser (egg crate) and wax paper too. Get some nori at the chinese food isle at the grocery store and a bag of frozen sea food. Scallops shrimp etcs. Blend it up and freeze.

go to melev's sight, you don't need the cubes...he gives receipes. I've done it before w/my discus and (a long time ago) african cichlids. Simply flatten in a zip loc bag...
