Exclamation Possible emergency

My male watanabe angelfish looks to have a piece of fecal matter that he can't entirely pass. He's swimming in one spot looks very uncomfortable with a chunk of poo sticking out of his "area". definitely not acting normal. what can I do to help him? Should I be worried or will it eventually pass? Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

OK now it's passed. kinda. I decided to feed as normal and he pushed the chunk out. He's swimming towards the food, but not actually eating anything. Also his sphincter is still open. It didn't close when he got the poo out. And he's hiding a lot under the rocks..... He's never done that before.

no buddy has any thoughts huh?

He's looking a little thinner than normal and my wife says his gills are a little pink. I'm not so good with color. All my other fish look perfectly fine and are acting normal as well. My water is testing perfectly. I do 15% water change every week. usually broken down into two smaller water changes.
