Fragging Directly from Tank

Who sells frags of zoas directly from their tank & who grows them on plugs 1st? I have nowhere to store plugs (I really don't want a plug rack in my display tank), so I frag directly from my tank. I do guarantee them in case they don't make it--replace for same polyp or equal value.
