I wanted to take a moment to publicly thank Jim at The Filter Guys for his exceptional customer service. I've been battling a chloramine issue for quite some time and after trying many remedies myself, I contacted The Filter Guys for assistance. Not only did Jim answer my numerous e-mails within hours AND called me on his dime to discuss the situation... he offered to help me "refurbish" an existing RO/DI system I already had instead of pressuring me to purchase a new system as other companys may have. As a retail manager myself, I know how important customer service is. It is so nice to find a company who is truly there to help hobbyists.

For those reading this who may be having water quality issues or considering purchasing a RO/DI unit I would highly recommend The Filter Guys. Thanks again Jim for all the help!
