My new pink yuma

As you can see I have it in the shade, lost one before to melting away. Hope this one makes it. It is a great specimen about 3.5inches across. I don't know if you can see in the pic, but when I got it home there was a baby underneath it, its to the right in the pic. I will enjoy watching it grow.

I agree, looks like flat worms, but no flat worms in my tank. Just a couple of the bumps get dark sometimes. Must be mood, dont know why.

Beaut
why dont you take the ricordea out of the tank and put it in a small clean container than blast it with a turkey blaster to see if those brown bump fall off from the ric or not.So this way you can find out if it a flat worm or not Just a suggetion.Anyway very nice yuma.

I cant believe it but, you guys are right. Those were damn flat worms. In the 10 years i have been keeping a salt water tank, never had them. So thanks. They must have come with the shroom itself. They dont seem to move that is why i never thought anything of it. Thanks again

Gourgeous Coral! Congrats on it, and the little baby(I can see it).

Good luck with getting rid of the flatworms! I've never had the problem myself either, so I dont know how hard it is to get rid of, but good luck!

Chris

Just an update. I have just got back from a two week vacation. I just blew the flat worms off the yuma with a turkey baster the day i left. So i did not know what to expect when i got back. Well the yuma is bigger than ever, the baby is growing well and no flat worms. I think maybe my wrasses took care of them when i blew them off of the yuma, so we will see.
