You should be using this calculator to help when adjusting your alk, ca, or mag levels. The 2-Part should be used to maintain, not adjust you levels. You can use it, but it takes a lot. Kent Turbo Calcium might be more appropriate when adjusting a larger amount.

And be sure to check your Magnesium once in a while, since, if it is low, you will not be able to raise ca/alk too high.
