I have had mine a few months and she leaves the other wasses alone, mostly hangs out with the tangs.

I had mine for about 2+ years. Could not keep another wrasse with him. He would corner them and attack if they came out. All died. Don't do it unless he is the last one to add to your tank!

I have one and it is a model citizen to all the others, lubbocks, blue velvet and solar wrasse. along with a yellow accessor, watchman goby and 2 green chromis. But, I no longer have any shrimp in the tank and he/ she is very fat and happy after about 4 months of great dining....hth

I have 3 anthias 2 maroon clowns and 2 chromis, My Xmas wrasse doesn't acknowledge any of them. He is one of my favs, if not the favorite

Make sure you have a sand bed in your DT. They burrow at night also they are jumpers. I thought mine had died until one day I was cleaning my sump and just looked up in my overflow, low and behold the missing wrasse chilling in the sump.

i currently have 3 wrasses, yellow coris, solar, and christmas. They were added in that order. The coris had been in there for about 3 monthswhen the christmas was added. A day after the christmas was added he chased the yellow coris out of the tank, good thing i was home and heard him splash out. I placed him back in the tank and there hasn't been anymore aggression.

My christmas was great until I added a smaller yellow coris to my tank and it became his punching bag. Had to take out the xmas. I'd say add him after other wrasses.

I added a christmas wrasse to my tank 5 nights ago and it remains hidden in the sandbed. Has anyone else had this problem and is the fish likely to adjust/survive?
