Thanks so much again, i am still suprised about your stunning posts.
The tank related questions i'll answer later as stated above :-(.

@Mike,
I am reading and writing in two (1.5 ;-) forums in german language.
There are not that many posts. All new posts easily readable each day.
From time to time, in one of them ( http://www.meerwasserforum.info ) there
is a link to a certain article here on RC.
I am listening to talkingreef podcast and reading Reefkeeping Magazine and Advanced Aquarist's Magazine for quite a while now.
Reading more than an hour English text (in addition to work) each day on a regular basis is still a little exhausting to me and this place is so huge that there is mostly more interesting stuff around, than I am able to read. So RC and from time to time flipping through some pages of zeovit.com is all "international" reef-related i do on the net ;-)

Best,
Ralf

TaubBaer,
it came back, you weren't there and your neighbour didn't want to take it. ;-)
Bad luck... drop me a note, if you plan to visit Germany again.

And thanks again for all your praise.
Don't miss the next Reefkeeping Magazine for more pics ;-))

Best,
Ralf

What a great looking tank and "support room". Love the paneling on the outside.

But my favorite part is the "diving mask for coral placement". Could be on a Letterman's Top-10 list...."you know you have a big tank when....."

I have no idea how I missed this thread. The over all display of fish and coral in this aquarium is next to perfect. I am amazed at how well thought through your set up is Ralf. It must be a joy to own such a wonderful aquarium.

Ralf-

My hat goes off to you! Dreams do come true (for you). Congradulations in advance for Tank of the Month! Doing push ups ever hour of day trying to keep the cowerds away and they an't playin they just letting you know anything that can happen can happen real slow, if I could fly away I'd turn around just to see your tank for the last time.

I'd love to see a picture from the outside. I am trying to imagine the house that gave such a steep angle to the fish room

Hey Ralf, can you give me a list of the foods that you feed your tank and fish?

Thanks!

Hey all,

thank you very much for your kind judgement,
you're amazing.
I still like to deal with this tank very much and don't regret building it in this size,
having more work with it. ;-)

@NorthernCF
having actually no "outside"picture here, let me explain...
It's no posh new architect house, it's an old (1899) one, made of wood and stone.
Renovated, removing some inner walls and making the windows larger.
They built really little windows here in 1899.
The angular roof is in some places (the tankroom and some more) simply longer and
ends about a meter above the ground, having windows in it.

@mikekman
will reply pm, thats part of the article coming up in some days ;-)

Thanks again,
Ralf
