High bioload, succesful SPS reefs, any one else?
It seems as though the trend is to keep a very low bioload in SPS dominant tanks these days. Is any one else going against the grain and keeping a high bioload?

full room A few excuses: I had a heater malfunction that browned out/killed alot of corals. I also lost some corals to excessive photo period when I went BB. I still need to paint the back!

xm 250w 10k's only on for 4 hours per day under the center brace with a piece of plexi on it. If I bump it to 5 hours it bleaches. I feel like I could keep that coral in the dark. In the 125 DSB was was on the bottom but with a 8 hour photo period, do figure. The controller was the issue, the old tank was 12" from the new one. When I built the stand I yanked out the probe.
