ballast flickering

Hello, I have a 36 inch 2 by 96 watt orbit fixture. One of the ballasts started flickering badly. I took it apart and checked the wiring. I even rewired it to a different switch temporarily just to see if it was the switch. It was not! Any one know if these can be fixed or if it's better to just buy another one!

With those fixtures, f it's out of warranty, then your only option is to replace the ballast, I believe.
