Ricordea ?s

i just got it today
i have it in a low flow and its at the bottom of my tank at first it looked good but now it looks like it is streching for light
i have 2 175 mh
the tank is 30 inches tall and its at the bottom
should i move it now or wait till tomorrow to see if its doing the same thing

well it went back down and expanded more i guess i needed to give it more time some of the tips are white but its only been in my tank for 5 hours

Its good that you put it low in your tank. Let it slowly expand over a week or so where it is, then you can move it a little higher if you want. Don't put it too high cause they don't like strong light- they'll shrink up which is a bad thing. Make sure its not next to any other corals cause they are aggressive. So I'd just leave it where it is for a while. Later on to make it grow really big and multiply I find feeding it cyclop-eeze or small brine shrimp helps a lot.

I'm always up late and can't help spending time with my tanks. Do you have a '97 jetta vr6?

do Ricordeas grow as fast as other mushrooms
since i wemt to mhs my other mushrooms are going nuts
