it's not for primary feeding unless your only feeding corals/inverts my LFS sells it frozen in a 6oz tube for 8 bucks, on a 75g tank should last you about 2-3 weeks

You can feed it to your fish and inverts especially if you have the flakes, but the frozen stuff is the best. I break up the frozen stuff into little chunks and feed it to my clowns, anthias and other zooplankton feeders. So I do use it as my primary fish food, but I feed it along with some other foods like mysis shrimp, formula 1 and 2, spirulina and other stuff.

I use cyclopeeze along with mysis, spirulina and garlic pellets. I think I read somewhere cyclopeeze is more of a treat to the fish then a primary source for food.

I have 2 jawfish and freeze-dried cyclopeeze is the staple, with weekly enriched brine feedings and sometimes a grinded up frozen shrimp/clam/silverside/selcon mix

Yes it is more like a treat in a way. It isn't high in nutritional value as other normal fish foods are.

I have an anthias--and it will only eat cyclopeeze. For the corals twice a week they get the frozen cyclopeeze, brine and mysis.
I turn the pump off for 45 min but let the power heads continue to circulate it. I feed just at dusk when the polyps start extending on the corals.
