Temperature-compensated pH readings
My controller (Neptune AquaController III) has the option of using temperature-compensated pH readings if I enable the feature. Should I do so, or should I just work with the non-compensated values to determine when to control the CO2 solenoid and Kalk doser?

Neptune recommends not enabling it. Also not to enable pH compensation on the orp either. This is supposed to keep the readings in line with typical aquariast readings. As long as you realize you may read differently than you are used to, I guess it would be ok to enable both of them just don't compare your readings to others.
