Talking how many 160g buckets of salt have you used?

I tried to make a pole of this but RC wouldn't let me. I have used 3 buckets so far on my 7 month old 120g system. I save them so I can do water changes as my tank is not close to an exit or window where salt water can be dumped. Do you keep your empty buckets?

I don't save my buckets as I have a ton of 5G plastic jugs leftover from when I was making my LFS rich by buying all my RO water from them. No kidding, I have like 20 of them!

Two per month...I buy them six at a time from Drs. Foster & Smith. No extra freight charges! I have about 20 empty in the garage right now. I like the Oceanic buckets the best (didn't like the salt though). They are a bit larger than the standard 5 gallon model.

I order like 5 buckets at a time From Drs F&S too.
I order Reef Crystals.

I save them and use them for my pyro stuff; to keep it air tight so there's no moisture in that stuff at all. When you are doing a big show you can't have a fuse fail caouse it got too wet

I have gone thru 4 in the past 6months. I like big water changes.

Are the IO buckets bigger than 5G?

I have 22 empty buckets and two full buckets in the garage now. I would hate to see how many I have actually used

I just use the old ones for anything.

I have about 10 buckets and use one a month. I'm currently out of salt right now I think I will try a new brand this time. Maybe Coralife.
