Tigertail Cucumber - Holothuria hilla

I think I have one or possibly two of these in my tank. I have only seen them a couple of times.
I have done some research and have gotten some conflicting information. Some say reef safe non toxic some say gets up to 6' long and very toxic if injured or dies. Your thoughts? Also how big in diameter do these get? Mine appear very thin and about 4" to 5" long. Thanks and HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all.

Mine was small like that when I first got it. Look into self eviceration (sp) I thought mine died and was going to crash my tank but it was only bothered by something.
