Take a look at my friend Alliene-Eye Orange Acan. I never seen this orange with neon green eyes before...Awesome Orange Acan..Do you believe if you put this under antenic or moon light..the green eyes will stand out...

How can you tell which one is Favia and which one is Acan?
They look almost the same from the picture..

That skeleton looks pretty bumpy. I'd say acan sub-echinata for sure. Definetly not a favia.



Here's a pic of my brown/tan striped sub echinata. Its developing a purplish-blue ring in the centers. I've had it for about three months now.

Not 100% on that one Tony, but I'd agree with Zep. Looks like A.subechinata.

Thank you Randy for your confirming! I got a frag from him...they look really nice in my tank and under antenic or moon light...the Alliene eyes/bulleyes are glow up...crazy piece.

I have 2 that have purple in them here is one. You can see the purple in the little polyp to the left. The piece in the top right has a purple center and grows and eats like a pig

here are a few that i just got enjoy! the orange one is taken under 14k light with flash, no touch up at all! and its the first of this kind i've seen, close up pic in a minute!
