1/2 of large plette food contanier fell in tank (help)

Two nights ago my feeder bucket fell in tank. Luckily I was home when it happened. So I was able to suck a good amount of it out but we all know how it flys into the back section of the rocks where you would have to have god like skills to get it all. At the time when this happened my NO3 and PO4 where 0. While try to suck it out it made me do a 15% H2O change. The next night my NO3 was at 10 (CRAP) I know its not that high but it high for me. Any ideas for following ideas. I have the skimmer RS130 running wet. My tank is a 90g show with DSB 125lbs LR (sump and tank), 20 sump and 15g Refug. I have a 40% H2O harming and mixing for tonight if needed. Any Ideas for the advanced crew?23

Since this happened two days ago, I think your best shot is with water changes on a weekly basis, and stirring things up as much as possible in the process. Most of what fell in and you didn't get is pretty much dissolved. Keep your skimmer cup as clean as possible too. Good luck. I though that kind of stuff only happened to me, lol.
