Leathers Molting?

Hey all.

The other day my leather coral was out fully, I turned the light on and by that night it looked pretty ill with a kind of brown mucus spreading over its surface.

Anyway its changed from being like

to this with slime you cant see.

Is it just molting? It seems pretty flopped over if it is.

Leathers tend to do this from time to time. Most likely it will come back bigger and better than ever. Could take days or weeks though.

Mmmm I would have though the same but i'm starting to think its different now. Its tissue has started to be lost and is turning to a soft liquid. In Patches you can see like stringy tendons and parts are coverd in yellow spots.

Heres an image (its a big one to keep some detail)
