I am 5'10'' and weight 140, I'm am a size 8-10, whatever a 30 inch waist is, you are not doing so bad.

The best thing I can say about that is tha tyou are taking care of your daughter. Not going to helpo if you aren't strong enough to maintain mental capacity to do what you need. You can find a way to do it all. I was a single mom for a while and I did it. $30 a week was all it took to get everything. Got back to the basic food groups and it is easier. Baby girl.... Special K is really good and not necessarily a bad thing to eat a lot of, but you need more. I ain't lovin on no stick!!! No loosing weight....gaining brain function and self worth first!! LYLAS!!!

I am 5' 7" and 150. I promise you I am no stick. I have meat on my bones. And I have a bit of a belly pudge. LOL. That is what I want gone. But long story, previous surgeries... yeah they messed up my stomach muscles and I have absolutely none in the center of my stomach under my belly button. So yeah anyways, I know I need more food. Trust me I know. Every now and then I treat myself to fast food. Ya know like Taco Bell( my fav) or McDonalds.

ERIN for the love of god, eat something, please stop listening to him!! Tell him to kiss off and give you money for food.

Go to the store and get some cottage cheese, yogurt, carrots and stuff, and put it in your mouth and chew it up and swollow it.
Please? If you don't I'll have to do the airplane thing....

I am not happy with myself. I do not really listen to anyone else. And we are broke until the 1st. No gas in the car even. He spent all of the money he cleaned out of our account.
