Here's a good one for Oklahoma (where I work).

Beer is 3.2% alcohol by volume and considered "non intoxicating". I don't know how many DUI's I've done because people have been drinking a "non intoxicating" beverage.

Go figure. It is also illegal to spit on the sidewalk (don't know how many times I've done that).

Oklahoma is still a little behind on the beer. Last time I went on a tour (anheuser-Busch in St. Louis somewhere in the '90's) and asked about their 3.2 I was laughed at. That is what I normally buy so I'm guessing they just stamp 3.2 to make Oklahoma happy.
