Kitchen staff is off till nine so I have to go and get their cereal for them and wake up is at 0545

Hey, I found a nice little presciption that will keep you awake for 12 hours and alert. No jitters, no nothing. You will feel a little worn out, but wide awake and no jitters.
You will need your DR. to write a script, but for shift work, it is well worth it.

i stay up just fine. no caffeine or anything. i just cant sleep. if he is around me the yelling keeps me awake anyhow. i dont even attempt to lay down anymore.

my plan exactly. if i give him divorce papers here... near him... i am scared at what could happen. i just want to hide. which i did for two weeks but i had to come home finally. i hate it here. but hey life goes on usually.
