Mushroom Coral, How to get rid up and control?

My mushroom coral are getting out of control. What is the best way to reduce and control them?

Frag them to control the population you have now.
In the future, be sure the mushrooms are on a rock island of sorts to ensure they don't begin to spread onto your main rockwork.
