Clown fish - black spots? parasite or infection?

I was wondering if anyone has ever had this happen to their clown fish? I have had this little clown for about 1.5 months. He was purchased from PetPals in Chatham/Springfield. He didn't display any signs when I got him. Since the appearance of dots, I noticed my other larger clown (~2.5") aquired some also.
I would appreciate it if anyone could respond and let me know what this is and/or how to treat it.

I've seen adult clowns suddenly develop black spots that just turned out to be their coloration changing.

Best picture I could get after about 15 minutes infront of the tank. The white line by his head strip is just a camera error.

My clowns have that as well. They both got it soon after I added some Zoos, a GSP, and some colony polyps to my tank.

It looks bad but its really not. its called Hypermelenazation (sp?) it can happen often to clowns when touched by stinging corals and I belive that having zoos can cause an issue as well.

Its not pretty, but it doesn't effect them at all.

I saw the little guy, the one I took a picture of above, swimming very close my orange zoos last night. Maybe it is just him bumping into them at night while he is sleeping and those are just sting marks? I was hoping it was nothing.

Will those marks go away?

My tomato clown has similar marks. They've been there for some time with no hints of going away, but he seems and acts very healthy.
