New lights for my nano reef

I am planning on switching the light fixture on my 20 gallon long nano reef. I previously had a 2x65 watt pc system. I now plan to jump to a nova extreme t5 system. the particular model I am looking at is the 30" fixture: 2x24 watt t5HO. I have previoulsy done softies and some lps with success. Would I be able to do SPS now? I am just looking for a variety of opinions. My tank's
dimensions are 30"x12"x12". My water movement is as follows: 200gph marineland filter and a 240gph koralia nano pump. I am fairly new into the coral part of saltwater aquariums(9months), so any advice would be helpful. thanks.

If your interested in SPS I would recommend a 4x24w T-5 setup. I think the key to T-5's is to make sure the bulbs have individual reflectors. But, all I know about T-5's is what I have read, ie no hands on experience. HTH.

Lower light sps maybe?(if possible give examples). I could easily fit two of these fixtures on the tank. maybe that would help? My hands are tied finacially at the moment(Christmas), so maybe later. I have never done SPS so links to helpful websites would be appreciated as well.

A good place to start is the SPS forum here at RC. There's a FAQ stickied at the top of the forum that will help you get started.
