I have never seen clear PVC or acrylic in less than 4 or 5 foot pieces anywhere unless you luck onto a dropoff or leftover.

if that was in the tank laying sideways up in some LR, would the fish swim through it? i was thinking about doing that just to see, i know they go through the PVC, & if so do you think it would get all dirty inside & would'nt be worth it,

I found some at a local plastics fabricator shop ($5.00 for 1'). Just look through the phone book and start calling around. Hopefully you'll find someone who has a scrap piece or someone who is willing to sell it to you per foot.

If it was in your tank, you soon would not be able to see through it
