T5s don't seem to work that way. I don't think there is any single bulb that you could consider as an equivalent to a 20k halide (or any specific halide that is). T5s tend to have a peaky spectrum and you need multiple bulbs to balance them out. Something like 2 Blue Plus and 1 daylight (or one daylight and one actinic) might be in the ballpark.

Right now I have 2 actinic +, 1 10k daylight and 1 super actinic. Things still seem alittle whiter than I like it but if I'm going to go with mainly sps I dont think I can get away with anything else to blue it up more and unfortunately I dont have any more room under my canopy for an extra bulb or two. Any reccomendations for a 4 bulb system. I did find some LED x-mas lights at Target that peak out at 420 nm so I'm thinking of stapling them into the hood to help blue things up a bit and I think it will help make the colors jump out more. What do you guys think?

Get some blue plus bulbs in there in place of the actinics... more blue and more par.
