Beware of Regina Quiajon

Hello All

Please beware of a RC member Regina Quianjon she sold me two 250 w icecap MH ballast claiming the were just over one year old and what I got were two ballast that were seven years old and will not fire my 14k lamps.

To make matters worse she is giving me a major problem on the refund, she has been furnished with the return tracking # and still has not made payment to me claiming I will get my money when she gets the items, however I paid up front!!

well i will send you your mony back but i wished you
could of just emailed me first so we can take care of
this situation but you go and get a dispute with
paypal and all. well i was selling the ballst and bulb
combo and all you did was offer me $175 for both
ballast without asking me any wuestions. so i should
not be to blame for anything , i just wished you could
if just emailed me about the situation and we could of
resolved the problem alot better. i will be sending
you back your money. sorry for the inconvinence. THANKS


She claims she did nothing wrong !!



once i recieve the ballast's and they are still
working i will refund/send you your money back thru
payapl. i have not recieved anything in the mail today
or thru any other couriers. i will keep you informed. THANKS

I find it disturbing that I am being treated as if I am dishonest , I paid
for these in advance based on your description and as we both know they were
not even close to being as you described.Your tracking # is above , the
items were sent to the return address on your original shipping lable
attached to the package, you had your money up front, NO RISK on your part.
Refund my money and lets get on with life
