Neon Goby jump ship???

What is the likelihood that a neon goby jumped ship in a 10 gal. open top tank?
I've never seen him anywhere near the top... but now I can not find him. It's not like it's a huge tank for him to get lost in. Normally, he's buddied up with the female osc. clown... and he isn't anywhere near her... so I can't figure it out.

FYI, Nike(neon goby) has been in there for 2 months or so, doing well and hanging out on his blue mushroom coral.

All of the parameters are fine and nothing has changed recently.

bump!

Another opinion of my bf is that my cat scooped and chomped... it wouldn't be her first "kill" and her paws smelled like fish tank a few days ago.
But that goby was FAST... so I dunno about that.

Too fast for the kitty I think. Mine hides under a rock for days on end, then it will squirt out to grab some food. Maybe it's just hiding.
