IP camera input please.....

I have a Moto "Q" with a 35MB data cap per month - there is an IP camera on it's way to my door. Does anyone have an idea of how many KB's an IP camera would use just to view? and what about a command like pan or tilt? That'll cost more KB too right ? TinMan
