Anyone have a band, group, singer, that they must see anytime they are in town?

Who do you have to see every time they are around?

Yeah, they've put out two really good comeback albums since 2000 and have Bruce Dickinson back. So it's the "real" Iron Maiden again. Great live shows.

You mean THE Bruce Dickinson? I imagine they must be wearing 'gold plated diapers' now then!

Steve Vai. I'm seeing his current tour next month in Portland.

I've seen enough concerts that I barely go anymore unless I get killer seats or passes.

Totally agree. The Allman Brothers still rock, and the Beacon is a great place to see them. I think they are playing there this week/weekend. Are/did you go?

Always wanted to see Clapton live and have never seen him. But it's on the list.

I missed out on Iron Maiden when they were in the area a while back. Now they're touring around Europe and I believe tickets to September shows were sold out months ago. Do they play old songs i.e. Powerslave era at shows??

Good choices! Sierra, I didn't see you as a Gordon Lightfoot fan...

I like Matchbox 20 myself.
