Put Todd Rose and myself down for a whole table. I will bring a few clams like last year in addition to a bunch of livestock.

Should I reserve a table? I planned on just bagging everything up, marking it, putting it in a cooler or two, and bringing it with pictures.

Yes, a table would be good or 1/2 table depending on how much stuff you have. Several people did that last year and it works well (pictures with stuff already bagged). LMK what you'd like to do

I don't believe I'll need a table, as I don't plan on setting stuff out for sale and can use a corner of the ETRC table. I may, however, bring a frag or the like for the raffle.

Let me talk to Bobby (also from LMAS) and see if he plans to bring any. If so we'll do like half a table.

Thanks

Cool. LMAS can have one free table if they want. It is generally for smaller setups (folks from the club who just have a few things). You guys might could just use that table. Either way would be fine.

What time may we arrive to set up? Last year I was late and got mauled. All my clams were gone in 30 minutes even before they had time to open up.

I'll post on our site to see if there is anymore interest from other members to come down to either bring frags or just to bring some home

I'm thinking things we'll get things opened up for setup around 8:30 or so. Doors for the swap will open at noon, so that should give a decent amount of time to get things set up.

That's because they were laced with crack. I can't wait to see what you have this year.

Gary,

Not sure if I will have a ton of clams this year or not. I am still working on that. I will have a ton of other nice stuff this year though. If you have seen photos of my 70RR then you have seen a bunch of what I will have to offer.

Update: Only 2 weeks!!!

Table Dimensions: 8' x 30"wide x 29" high

Tables:
Gflat65
H@rry
Chadfarmer
Meisen
Fishdoc11 & awcurl
Crumbletop & C_stowers
DMBillies & Mammagoose
Reefdiver77
BibleSue & Weetabix7
Giovanni & Todd Rose
Lint_Licker
Pickupman66 (1/2 table)
Shocky (1/2 table)
dborowsk (1/2 table)

There will be club tables for NTRC, WTMRAC, ETRC, LMAS. There are other clubs coming but I haven't heard whether or not they want a table yet.

Check the list above and if you want a table and don't see your name, please let me know. Setup on 1/19 will start at 8:00 am.

Please make sure you bring all supplies you need -- including extension cords, etc. We'll have some stuff there, but it is always better to be safe than sorry

Also, the power availability at the site is okay -- everything worked fine last year. I don't think it could handle a ton of juice, though, so keep the halides and monster heaters to a minimum

Table map

The entryway will be on the left side this year. The middle doors will not be open during the swap, but will be open for setup.
