Good idea, although I think it would be better with scientific names since common names may not exist or be ambiguous.
I read that the Emperor Akahito of Japan just read a paper on goby classification to the Linnean Society in London for the 300th anniversary of Carl Linné's birth. But it may have been about FW gobies which I think is his specialty.

Mandarinfish

Here`s a little striped Mandarinfish, Synchiropus splendidus.
It`s new to one of my reef tanks, & is doing great, eating the profits of having a refugium.
