Sunset Monti Care

I can't get my Sunset to color up. What kind of care does it require? Will 20k bulbs be to blue to get it bright orange?

Check your params, I have mine on the bottom and seems to be doing well there. 20K should be more than enough.

I have mine about half way up and its the fastest growing coral I have. Using 400 watt 20k helios.

Mine is half way down in a 24" tank under 14K 250 W. I have frags on the bottom that have pretty good color too. If your parameters are good, maybe you need to feed the tank???

it does well in high or med light imho, I have three different frags of Sunset in my tank, all in different lighting and they all look good

Hey Marko,

Just wanted to say BAM! Nice Sunset. To me, your piece is the reference standard.

Cheers!
