Interesting looking anemone for sure.
Is there a "macro mode" on your camera? Perhaps using the camera's flash will help you take a clearer picture...

Thats the best one I can get. It was sold as a saddle. It looks like a ricaodea.

The only thing is he attached to a rock and has been there for a week. Is this normal for haddoni?

Seems a few of the "small" carpets have been popping up lately. It would be nice to get a good close up

It was also attached to a hard surface in the stock tank. Any guesses according to behavior.

My first instinct is to say its a ricordea. But... Like Traveller7 said, there have bee a lot of micro carpets showing up, in purple, blue and teal. There is someone out there that has perfected forced splits to the nano level on carpets. But I've never seen any that small so far.
Can you try to feed it a small mysid shrimp? Tell us if it actually opens it's orafice to eat it, or if it refuses and does nothing. If it is an anemone, it'll expand it's orafice to chug it down, otherwise it's probably a Corallimorph.

My first instinct is to say it's a Stichodactyla tapetum mini carpet anemone, but I won't.... at least not yet.
We'll definitely need a clearer picture of the anemone.

Really bad picture, but looks like a Florida Ricordia or something to me.

If it is an anemone, I would lean toward the species Gary indicated. It would appear a batch of "S. tapetum" are currently available. Really going to need a better picture to ID this specimen.

Not a ricordia, wish it was with that color. It opeans to eat like any anenome does. I will get a better camera from and post pics.

From the way the tenticles seem to line up, the color, and the color of the mouth... I would guess to say it is a small haddoni
