Can I Remove My Live Rock?
Hey guys, question for ya. I've had my tank set up for almost a year now. Lately I have been neglecting it and now I have a large algea outbreak. I was wondering if I could remove my rock and give it a good scrubbing to remove some of the algea. I have a 2" sand bed. Would there be any danger of dislodging an anerobic zone and nuking my tank? Please advise. Thanks.

That shouldn't be a problem. Don't neglect your tank, makes it harder to correct later on. When you pull the rock out, try not to disturb the sand bed to much.

Yes and it won't hurt you still have the other 100 pounds or whatever.
