Hello Lights T-5 Fixture W/bulbs NY

I have a 4 bulb w/ individual perabolic reflectors, 24" hellolights hanging fixture. It also has a custom moon light mounted onto it, but it is removable if you dont like it. This fixture comes with the hanging kit, 6 T-5 lamps, 4 actinics, and 2 10k's.

im located in binghamton NY,would prefer to do local pick up but i can ship as well. $165 plus shipping if shipped. i accept paypal as well if it is shipped. thanks for looking.

Is this a ready to use fixture? or do i need to find a ballast to go with it? I'm actually looking for some nice T5's for my 20gal tall.

it is a plug and light fixture...everything is internal. it would work perfect over your 20g tall. this would be more than enought light to grow even to most demanding Acros under.
