Elegance Coral

Here are a coulpe pics of my elagance coral. I have had it for 4 months now and it has tripled in size form when I purchased it. It had been kept under PC lights at my LFS for 2 weeks and now it sits under 2-250 watt MH, 2-110 VHO atinice and 2- 96 watt PC bulbs. It is feed pieces of shrimp once a week and phytoplankton every other day.

Nice Elegance! Good size too. It's not eating the phyto though. Elegance corals are carnivores. Even most zooplankton is to small for them to feed on.

Very nice buddy ! It's true about the phyto, but I'm sure they're other things in the tank that do use it : )

Yeah the only thing I target feed is pieces of shrimp and freeze dried krill. Here is a shot of it eating.

Good thing you have a 120gl tank. If You keep feeding it like that it will be a monster in no time.
