Question Life Expectancy Of A Chiller/Estimate Used Value

I may need to invest in a chiller and have been lookin around. Just wondering what kind of life expectancy a quality chiller would normally get, and also what kind of depretiation in value based on age so that I will know a good deal if I find one...

A well built chiller should perform well even if it's been used (in moderation) for a few years. I stress well built, brands like Pacific Coast Imports and Teco come to mind for example.

To put a number on a used chiller is pretty difficult but it's like any other used product. Factors like condition, usage, age, etc. will determine whether YOU think it's a good price or not.
