stuff in water.

i am having trouble with the clearity of my water. it looks as if there is debris floating around. i have a 100 gallon sump and a 90 gallon fuge. the sump tank is filled with live rock and rubble. the fuge is filled with algae. the display is a 210 aga. i have just started (lastnight) to use the emperor 400 which i know is no where near what i need for this system. i would like to know how i could get my water clearer (with out using ozone) if at all possible. the 100 gallon sump is a stocktank from rubbermaid and the 90 gallon fuge is a aga. any help would be appreciated
