Unhappy the B bomb

i recently bought a boxface puffer it was doing goood the first week i bought a week later i noticed it was dead ,and so was everything in my tank later after researching i learned that the species of puffer i bought when stressed out emits a toxin that kills everything including itself. i was just wondering if anyone knows anything else that does this?

I believe seahares and sea cucumbers also do this as well.

cucumbers---certain species. Toxin.

caulerpa weed, subjected to a lengthy powerout, bulb failure, or change in photoperiod. [spores and robs water of oxygen.]

So sorry about this. It's sickening when something like that blindsides you.
