Brown Algea

I just start my 220 gallon fish tank and its been up about 2 weeks now its starting to turn full of brown algea is this normal if not how do I get ride of this nasty brown color.

is it on the sand? if so this is very normal... it should go away on its own.. you can stir the sand but it will prob come back a day or two later...

In a few weeks it should remove itself.

I have it all over the rock nothing on the sand or glass.

it will grow on the sand too
but if it grows on the stand or canapy, you got a problem
