Awesome! After you put a coral in it, you should post it in the large tanks forum and tell them you have a HUGE coral [perspective].

No, I made the hood, what you see in the first pic is how I got it.

I have a light around here somewhere...it's a 13w 50/50 or something (spare parts from a nano) For the filter I was going to just use some LR and sand with a small water pump for flow...the black part inside the tank is more like an overflow...I'm not going to glue it thinking someday I might do something sick like drill it and add a sump (just for the fun of it) the hood is made out of PVC and glued with Weld-on...

I'll post more pics once I put the light in and fill it with...

If anyone has any ideas as to what to put in this thing feel free to chime in it's about a 1/2 gallon in size.

As far as livestock, I'd probably go with a Clown Tang, or maybe a Powder Blue. Kidding. Check out this thread:

Your little tank reminded me of it.

That is to cool!

I'm just mine for S&G...But I do wonder how a frag might grow
in a 1/2 gallon tank with 13 watts of light...That works out to
26wpg...lol
