Lighting what will work better?

I'm doing a new hood right now and I'm thinking placement...

it's a 37 Gallon tank 30X12X22 or something close to that...

I have two 55W PC's 50/50+03 and a 175W MH SE

I'm thinking 10k to 15k on the MH if anyone has an opinion on the k
rating that would be great too...

Do you think it's really just the same if I put both PC's under one
reflector (front or back of the MH) or should I use all 3 reflectors?
and have the MH in the center?

i had a similar set up before , it was a 29gal 30x12x18. i got a parallel reflector from marinedepot. its a 24 inch reflector that has some curves on the side so you can stick two PCs or two VHOs one on each side. it will save you space since your using only one reflector. i would go with a 10k because it has higher PAR and since your using supplemental lighting you can get does all actinic.
