Did you use paypal?

You can file a claim for defective goods, or items recieved grossly unlike described. If you used the buyer protection option when you paid for the item you can file a claim that you are not satisfied and get your money back that way as well.

I have his sump and it works great.

He seem to be a nice guy. Call him up to see what is going on. I think he do custom sump work.
