buyers beware of this seller

I bought a geo calcium reactor form this ebay seller _slyder158bhu its been almost three weeks I emailed him about it he didn't get back to me until I notified ebay and paypal about it. He then said it would go out on oct 27 said usps was notified to expect a package and I should get it in 2 days still has not showed up checked usps site it says they were notified about a package but no mention about receiving one so I sent an email for the last 3 days and he wont reply to any of them hopefully american express will give me my $230.00 back and to top it off I was really looking to hook up my new geo reactor.
